Ordering and Delivery Details

Orders must be placed two days in advance (for urgent orders, please contact 97222817 via WhatsApp; arrangements will be made depending on availability).


Customers needing to change order details or delivery dates must notify us two days prior to the delivery date.

Delivery Method:


Monday to Sunday – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (delivery time slots available)


(Logistics are subject to uncontrollable factors; please budget for one hour before and after delivery.)


Free delivery to the designated address near the roadside for purchases of HK$750 or above. For purchases below HK$750, a delivery fee will apply.


(Parking fees will apply if parking is required.)


(For delivery to your building, please negotiate the delivery fee with the driver privately.)


An additional delivery fee of HK$150 will be charged for Islands, North, Tuen Mun, and Yuen Long districts. Delivery service is not available to restricted areas and some remote areas.


(Delivery and in-store pickup services will not be provided during extreme weather events, black rainstorms, or when Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted. Arrangements can be discussed via WhatsApp.)


In-store pickup:


No minimum order required. Easily order the products you need.


Important Notes:


The quantity of all products boxed and packaged is allocated by the chef. (We do not accept requests for specific quantities or styles of products to be boxed. If needed, please pack them yourself upon receipt.)


Storage Instructions:


All desserts and sweet pastries should be stored in the refrigerator at 4 degrees Celsius (can be kept for one day); savory pastries should be kept at room temperature (to be consumed on the same day); allow three hours at room temperature.


(The shelf life of fresh fruit cannot be guaranteed; it is recommended to consume it as soon as possible.)


Portuguese tarts are recommended to be consumed on the same day, allowed three hours at room temperature, or refrigerated at 4 degrees Celsius (can be kept for one day).


When placing an order, please fill in the correct address, contact information, delivery date, and time. If the above information is incorrect (e.g., incorrect address, missing details, overlapping destinations), resulting in wrong delivery and additional shipping costs, the customer will be responsible for the related costs, and our company will not be held liable.


Because the logistics drivers are outsourced, if the recipient cannot be contacted after delivery or no one is available to pick up the goods (after 10 minutes of the scheduled delivery time), the package will be returned to our company. The customer will need to pick up the package at our store on the same day or the next day and pay the additional shipping fee for that delivery).
