Ordering and Delivery Details

If the net value of the product you purchase is HKD $750, you will receive free delivery service.(Send it to the designated address downstairs for delivery) If the order amount is less than HKD $750, you will need to pay for shipping or Pick-up at the store.


[Island District, North District, Tuen Mun District, Yuen Long District] will charge an additional shipping fee of $150. There is no delivery service in restricted areas and some remote areas.


Guests should fill in the correct address when placing an order. If there is an address error, omission, or two or more destinations overlap, resulting in delivery to the wrong destination and additional shipping costs, the guest will be responsible for the relevant costs, and the company will not be responsible for the related responsibilities.


If the delivery location requires entering a parking lot, the driver will charge the customer for the parking fee.


(If the recipient cannot be contacted or there is no one to receive the delivery over 10 min , the goods will be returned to our factory. Customers will need to pick up at the store on the same day or the next day.Pick up and pay additional shipping fee)

Delivery time:

Monday to Sunday - 10:00am to 5:00pm (There may be uncontrollable factors in logistics, please budget for the delivery time before and after one hour.)


If the weather is bad, such as a black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal no. 8, we will not provide related delivery services or store pick-up. (If our company considers that delivery and store pick-up are not suitable due to the weather, we will reschedule and notify customers in advance, and arrange for further discussion on Whatsapp.)


All products are packed and distributed by our factory chef, and there is no separate allocation of quantities and styles. If needed, please arrange the packaging after receiving the goods.


Change of order or delivery date:


Normally, all orders must be placed at least two days before delivery.


Customers who wish to change their order or delivery date must inform us two days before delivery.


How to store:


All desserts and pastry should be stored in the refrigerator at 4°C (can be stored for one day); savory pastry can be stored at room temperature (should be consumed on the same day); room temperature storage time is three hours.


(Fruit shelf life cannot be guaranteed, it is recommended to consume as soon as possible.)


Egg tarts are recommended to be consumed on the same day, and should be stored in the refrigerator at 4°C (can be stored for one day) after three hours at room temperature.
